With over 12 years of experience in aviation, Yuichi Shigetani brings deep expertise in both Part 135 and Part 145 operations. His background includes leadership roles in repair stations, international AOG coordination, and technical translation for Mitsubishi’s Aerospace R&D division. Known for his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, Yuichi is passionate about delivering top-tier service and elevating the repair station experience—guided by the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai.

CEO

Brian brings over three decades of aviation leadership to his role as CEO of JetRx. With a proven track record of operational excellence and strategic growth, Brian has held senior management positions at American Airlines, Amerijet International and Alerion Aviation, where he led transformative initiatives in flight operations, safety, maintenance and global logistics. A former U.S. Marine Corps aviator and safety director, Brian combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to aviation integrity. As CEO of JetRx, he is focused on delivering innovation in private jet operations and maintenance, driving JetRx’s vision for next-generation service.
